Clio | Animal-Print Side-Zip Ankle Boots

Print on a Plain Shape

The Clio Animal-Print Side-Zip Ankle Boots run an animal print across the upper of an otherwise simple ankle boot — side zip, rounded toe, low block heel. Keeping the shape plain is what lets the print work rather than overwhelm.

A Neutral in Disguise

Animal print behaves like a neutral once it is on the foot: it goes with more colours than most people expect, and it lifts a plain outfit without adding another colour to think about. The side zip keeps them easy on.

How to Wear It

Wear them with straight jeans cuffed once so the print shows, or under cropped trousers. They work with an all-black outfit as the only point of interest. Keep everything else unpatterned.
